Movement is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. You will handle onboarding/offboarding tasks, assist with asset management, and support enterprise applications while learning through hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• No professional IT experience required; willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on role.
• Basic familiarity with Windows and common productivity applications.
• Ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes through training and hands-on experience.
• Organized and able to manage multiple requests and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize, categorize, resolve, and elevate IT service requests with a focus on timely resolution and customer communication.
• Troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and common issues across Windows and macOS.
• Perform routine Active Directory and Entra ID tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and password resets.
• Support mobile device issues across iOS and Android.
• Assist with hardware deployment, inventory reconciliation, and asset management.
• Provide user support for enterprise applications and document knowledge base articles.
• Communicate status to customers and teammates via email, cases, chat, phone, and in person.
• Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot basic network and application connectivity issues.
