Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve helpdesk tickets quickly and with updates.
• Provide first-line support for account access, MFA, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot common software and productivity tool issues.
• Setup and troubleshoot laptops and mobile devices.
• Maintain asset records for hardware and software.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage provisioning tasks.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and guides.
• Flag security issues to the Security team with context.
• Contribute to IT projects and implementation work.
