Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Support Administrator to advance our IT services. The role covers end-user support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, with deployment of OS upgrades, and administration of Active Directory and Office 365.

You will engage in projects, assist with security, and collaborate with senior staff across on-site and remote locations. The position requires 3+ years in IT support, familiarity with MS 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange, plus willingness to travel up

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ professional IT support experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Exchange.
• 3+ years’ experience with IT ticketing systems; ServiceNow a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience with Cisco Meraki and MDM design, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Network cabling experience, including terminating cables into patch panels.
• Onboarding and offboarding employees using MSS IT platforms.
• A+, MCP, Network+ are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and travel up to 40%.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including OS and applications.
• Complete firmware upgrades on PCs and servers.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and enterprise software.
• Modify applications to meet departmental needs based on policies and standards.
• Monitor network services and equipment proactively for optimal performance.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory; ensure security compliance.
• Support Office 365 applications, email, and collaboration tools; assist with MFA (DUO).
• Liaise with ISPs and vendors; participate in projects and proof of concepts.
• Provide on-the-job training and documentation; assist in procurement and escalation as needed.
• Deploy endpoint protection and monitor security alerts / IPS/IDS.
