Movement-Mortgage is seeking an IT Support Associate to triage and resolve end-user issues, with focus on timely communication and service quality. You'll handle onboarding/offboarding tasks, basic device and application support, and collaborate across teams from Indian Land, SC.

On-site role with potential remote options, if applicable, offering growth and a robust benefits package. No prior IT experience required beyond aptitude and eagerness to learn a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Aptitude and interest to learn technology through hands-on experience.
• Curious about technology and ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to learn new tools, systems, and processes through training.

Mansioni

• Triage, prioritize, categorize, resolve, and escalate IT support tickets with a focus on timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and common technology issues on Windows and macOS devices.
• Perform routine Active Directory and Entra ID tasks (onboarding, offboarding, password resets, group changes).
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mobile device support requests for iOS and Android.
• Support hardware deployment, returns, inventory, and asset management activities.
• Provide user support for enterprise applications and escalate when needed.
• Keep customers informed while incidents are in progress; document work.
• Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, rollouts, and migrations.
