Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
No professional IT experience required; aptitude to learn is essential.
Curious about technology and eager to develop technical skills through hands-on experience.
Strong customer service mindset with clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable troubleshooting problems and asking questions to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Triage, prioritize, categorize, resolve, and escalate support cases in ITSM system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and common issues across Windows and macOS devices.
Perform AD/Entra ID tasks: onboarding, offboarding, password resets, group changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic mobile support requests (iOS/Android).
Support hardware deployment, inventory reconciliation, and asset management activities.
Provide user support for commonly used applications and systems.
