Job summary

Net at Work in New York City is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Internal IT Team, delivering professional end-user support across the organization.

You will manage on-site and remote end-user needs, support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and security tools, and help maintain documentation and security compliance. This role requires strong communication and proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in end-user facing technical support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support in NYC office and remote support organization-wide.
• Support Windows laptops, macOS, iOS, Android devices, printers, and conferencing tools.
• Handle incident tickets with documentation and follow-up.
• Manage accounts and permissions in Entra ID/Azure AD and AD.
• Assist onboarding, role changes, and offboarding per policy.
• Install and maintain Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office apps, VoIP, and security tools.
• Create and update technical documentation and playbooks.
• Maintain high end-user satisfaction with proactive service.
