Movement Mortgage is hiring an IT Support Associate to triage and resolve end-user issues across Windows and macOS. You’ll handle onboarding, password resets, and group changes in Entra ID, plus mobile device support and asset management. A strong customer service mindset and eagerness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• No prior IT experience required; eagerness to learn.
• Curious about technology and willing to learn hands-on.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear communication.
• Able to learn new tools and processes through training.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve IT service requests with focus on timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software across Windows and some macOS devices.
• Perform Active Directory/Entra ID onboarding and password resets.
• Handle mobile device support for iOS and Android.
• Support hardware deployment, asset management, and inventory.
