Job description

Join the company defining what it means to be an Impact Lender!

Mortgages are what we do, but that doesn't define who we are. In 2008, Movement disrupted the industry with the innovative 6-7-1 mortgage process. In 2023, we pioneered again, helping launch Impact Lending – a new category of lending. Any mortgage lender that commits at least 10% of its profits to helping the neighborhoods it serves is an Impact Lender.

At Movement, we are Impact Lenders. We give 40%-50% of our profits to making an impact in our communities. For us, purpose and people have always come before profit.

  • Troubleshoot end‑user hardware, software, and common technology issues across Windows and a limited number of macOS devices.
  • Perform routine Active Directory and Entra ID tasks such as onboarding, off‑boarding, password resets, group membership changes, and account troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic mobile device support requests across iOS and Android.
  • Support hardware deployment, returns, break/fix, inventory reconciliation, and other asset management activities.
  • Provide user support and guidance for commonly used applications and systems.
  • Support end‑user functions across our enterprise applications, troubleshooting issues where possible and escalating to the appropriate teams when needed.
  • Keep customers informed while their incidents and requests are being worked through.
  • Participate in IT projects such as upgrades, rollouts, and migrations that fall within the scope of the support team.
  • Troubleshoot basic network and application connectivity issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and teammates through email, support cases, chat, phone, and in person.
  • Help create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
