Job summary

Movement Mortgage seeks an IT Support candidate to triage and resolve end-user issues, focusing on Windows/macOS troubleshooting, AD/Entra ID tasks, and mobile device support. You will help manage incidents, contribute to asset management, and assist in IT projects.

We value curiosity, teamwork, and strong communication as you learn through hands-on experiences at our Indian Land, SC HQ or remote locations. No prior IT experience is required, but a proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• No professional IT experience required; aptitude and interest to learn.
• Curious about technology and eager to develop skills through hands-on experience.
• Comfortable troubleshooting problems and asking questions to resolve issues.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize, categorize, resolve, and elevate support cases using ITSM.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS hardware/software issues.
• Perform AD/Entra ID onboarding, offboarding, password resets, and group changes.
• Support mobile devices (iOS/Android) and basic network connectivity issues.
• Assist hardware deployment, asset management, and inventory reconciliation.
• Provide user support for commonly used applications and systems.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams and communicate updates to customers.
• Participate in IT projects like upgrades and migrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Work on-site at our Indian Land, SC headquarters or remotely as agreed.
