Job summary

Movement Mortgage is seeking an entry-level IT Help Desk professional to join our Growth IT team. The role focuses on triaging and resolving end-user tech issues, including Windows/ macOS, account management in Active Directory and Entra ID, and mobile device support.

No prior IT experience is required; we look for aptitude, curiosity about technology, and strong customer service skills. On-site work at our Indian Land HQ may be required, with some remote possibilities during high-demand periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Curious about technology and eager to learn.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and work through new issues.
• Familiar with Windows and common productivity apps.
• Able to learn new tools and processes via training.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize, and resolve IT service requests using the ITSM system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic macOS issues for end-users.
• Perform routine Active Directory/Entra ID tasks (onboarding, offboarding, password resets).
• Handle mobile device support (iOS and Android).
• Support hardware deployment, inventory, and asset management.
