You will troubleshoot straightforward issues and deviate from SOPs when appropriate to achieve results. The role requires strong networking skills, hardware knowledge, and the ability to work with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation.
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• Fluent in Cisco networking and either Linux and/or Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across varied software/hardware environments.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems are available during production hours.
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous IT solution improvement.
• Manage local technical projects.
• Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify root-causes of operational issues and inefficiencies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
