Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Engineer I for Ops Tech Solutions to deliver high-quality hardware, OS, and enterprise software support across sites in a defined geographic area.

You will troubleshoot, implement technical solutions, and collaborate with management to improve IT services. Travel within the local region is required; shifts can last up to 12 hours and may involve lifting up to 49 lbs. Comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across software and hardware environments.
• Ensuring infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for IT solutions.
• Managing local technical projects.
• Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
• Moving up to 49lbs and standing/walking during long shifts.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Travel within local or regional area to support customers.
