Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience.
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
• 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience.
• 2+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience.
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling and systems administration across varied software/hardware.
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous IT solution improvements.
• Manage local technical projects.
• Maintain or create policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations; travel locally.
• Move up to 49lbs, stand and walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
