Amazon's OpsTech IT is hiring an IT Support Engineer I for the Ops Tech Solutions team to implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, OS, and enterprise software. Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience
• 2+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support in a corporate setting
• 2+ years of maintaining a corporate network environment experience
• High school or equivalent diploma

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting in diverse software/hardware environments
• Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours
• Provide analytical/technical assistance for IT solutions’ continuous improvement
• Manage local technical projects
• Maintain policies, procedures, and processes
• Identify root-causes of operational issues and inefficiencies
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours
• Travel up to 25% of the time
