Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support operations facilities across a defined geographic area. You will resolve technical problems, assist in training new hires, and handle a range of IT equipment across multiple buildings and remote sites.

This role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, stamina for long shifts, and a customer‑focused approach in a fast‑paced environment. Starting pay is competitive and includes Day 1 benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, and remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
