Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team across facilities within a defined geographic area. You will handle tickets, support calls, and hands-on IT tasks while contributing to uptime and new technology implementations.

The role requires lifting up to 49 lbs, standing for long shifts, and travel within the local/regional area. Training new hires and continuous learning are expected parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Moving up to 49lbs and standing/walking for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
