Job summary

Amazon Operations Technology Solutions is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities across a defined geographical area. You will support multiple disciplines, participate in career development, and contribute to fast, accurate IT service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
