Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Associate II to back the operations team, resolving technical problems across Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographic area. The role emphasizes rapid issue resolution, ongoing learning, and direct support for our customers across multiple buildings and remote sites.

Responsibilities include managing IT equipment, handling network support requests, training new hires, and travel within the local/ regional area to assist customers.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
