Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team in resolving technical problems across a facility, spanning multiple disciplines. You will handle IT equipment maintenance, support requests, and training for new hires, while continuously learning new technologies to improve service.

The role involves supporting on-site and remote customers and requires physical stamina for long shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of operating systems support (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
• Experience in a dynamic environment with high degree of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handles support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for 10–12 hours with/without accommodations.
