Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team with resolving technical issues across Amazon Operations facilities in a defined geographic area. This role emphasizes service, speed, and reliability in supporting IT infrastructure and in-house technologies.

You will travel locally to support customers, train new hires, and continuously learn new technologies to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
