Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II for Ops Tech Solutions to support IT operations in multiple facilities within a defined geographic area. You will troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain IT equipment and assist in training new hires, while supporting on-site and remote customers.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, dynamic customer service, and travel within the local/region to support the customer base.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience or equivalent
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
