Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio and project management framework across IT, fostering partnerships with IT and Business to deliver strategic value.

You will manage portfolio budgets (ranges from $10M-$100M), develop value-oriented plans, and report to IT Leadership on budget, schedule, risks, and ROI. Lean-Agile coaching and governance are key for cross-functional success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related field of study.
• Master's degree preferred Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related field of study.
• Seven (7) years or more IT Program/Project Management with demonstrated project portfolio management skills.
• Six (6) years or more process improvement or project management with at least 6+ years as a Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature lean portfolio management framework across IT.
• Maintain portfolio status reporting standards and report KPIs to IT Leadership.
• Lead budgeting and resource planning for IT investments and projects.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and governance across delivery teams.
