Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio and project management framework within IT. You will partner with IT and Business teams to deliver value, oversee portfolio reporting, and guide investment decisions aligned with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include budgeting oversight for a portfolio ranging from $10M to $100M, building strong relationships, and driving Lean-Agile delivery across project teams, programs, and vendors to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
• Seven (7) years or more IT Program/Project Management with portfolio management skills.
• SAFe/Agile experience and related certifications are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee lean portfolio management across IT, aligning with business partners.
• Develop value-oriented plans to guide decision-making and manage risks, constraints, and dependencies.
• Lead portfolio reporting to IT Leadership on budgets, schedule health, and ROI metrics.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and support delivery across multiple programs.
