Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking an IT Service Technician to diagnose, install, repair and maintain PCs, both hardware and software, under the supervision of the IT Service Technician Manager. Responsibilities include desktop support, network troubleshooting, password management and assisting with patch rollouts.

The role requires 3+ years in hardware support, A+ certification within 12 months, and knowledge of XP/2003/2008 environments. Team collaboration and discretion are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum three (3) years experience in computer hardware support and maintenance.
• Must possess or acquire A+ certification in the first 12 months of employment.
• Experience with XP/Windows Server 2003/2008 environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

Responsabilidades

• Install, troubleshoot and optimize desktops and laptops (hardware/software).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and install/reinstall cable as needed.
• Provide basic network administration support (user accounts, passwords).
• Assist in rolling out hardware/software upgrades and patches.
• Liaise with end users and staff on computer operation issues.
