Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote IT assistance for Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC) and Pechanga Development Corporation (PDC). You will triage tickets, respond to emails, calls and chats, and ensure secure, available IT services across desktops, POS, and enterprise apps.

You will work with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices, manage access, image systems, create guides, and help maintain ERP and POS platforms like Oracle Simphony and Infor

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• AA degree or two-year college from related field preferred.
• 0-3 years’ experience in technical support or equivalent certification or schooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage AD and Application User Access from provisioning, role and permission assignment, password reset, and deprovisioning.
• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain desktops, laptops, tablet, thin clients, POS, printers, and related peripherals.
• Install, configure, and update OS for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• MS Office Suite install, configure and troubleshoot issues and add-ins related to business operations.
• Create images and manuals for OS and software installations
• Develop and implement basic scripts for automating tasks, reports and installs.
• Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting operational systems (e.g., POS, ERP, VMware) and 80+ applications.
• Protect Pechanga assets by applying security best practices and patching systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
