Job summary

Osage Casino Tulsa is seeking a 2nd level IT Desktop Support specialist to provide on-site and remote assistance for information technology products and services. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues, install hardware and software, manage user accounts in Active Directory, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office suite.
• Knowledge of user and computer account management in Active Directory.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, switches and router purposes.
• Experience in hardware and software installation and testing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for IT products and services.
• Troubleshoot and remediate complex IT issues; assist Service Desk staff as needed.
• Answer incoming IT service desk calls when required.
• Record and document ticket progress and final resolution.
• Monitor tickets to ensure timely resolution per standards.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals.
• Provide after-hours support on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory levels.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and guides.
• Stay current with industry knowledge through training and research.
