Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, VoIP phones.
• Administer user accounts and access controls in AD.
• Monitor help desk tickets and respond to issues promptly.
• Support casino administrative systems and POS terminals.
• Ensure compliance with TGC, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide staff IT security training and document resolutions.
