Job summary

Sycuan is seeking an IT technician to provide technical support for casino, resort and business computer systems. Responsibilities include installing PC hardware/software, configuring workstations, and troubleshooting system failures.

Ideal candidates have CompTIA A+/N+ or 4 years IT experience, with casino IT experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential; ability to work any shift and handle confidential information is required.

Qualifications

CompTIA A+/N+ certification or 4 years IT experience or an Associate's Degree in IT or related field.
Desirable casino or gaming IT experience.
Excellent customer service and communication in English.
Ability to work 24/7 shifts and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for computer hardware and software by handling help desk calls and configuring workstations.
Ensure database uptime and assist with disaster recovery, backups and log entries.
Assist IT Operations Manager by administering production services and completing special projects.
