Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations including Asset/Inventory Management, CMDB discovery and Webex.
• Telecommunications Expense Management experience is a plus.
• Strong experience using the M365 Productivity Suite.
• Data analytics experience is required for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and data to design solutions and write technical requirements.
• Test and implement technology solutions.
• Conduct research to support project decisions and improvements.
• Create procedures to improve existing systems and workflows.
• Provide training and user support for implemented solutions.

Job description

Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications. BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex)
• Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
• MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus

Environment:

Position is Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite. Remote days are expected to be in an adequate home office, following standard County work hours. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT candidates that do not have mandatory experience. ServiceNow experience is Non-Negotiable.
