Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of IT and business systems analysis experience. The role focuses on configuring and testing enterprise PM platforms, supporting SaaS and on-prem environments, and delivering data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, Worksoft, and Azure DevOps, plus strong M365 skills and ServiceNow integrations. Located in Michigan with 2 onsite days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, business systems analysis or related technical discipline.
• Experience supporting enterprise project and construction management software.
• Experience with application configuration, testing, and defect management.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional docs.
• Knowledge of on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Experience with Pandell Land Property Management and Hitachi Energy eSOMS is a plus.
• Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in utility or regulated industries preferred.
• Must have strong M365 productivity skills and ServiceNow integrations.

Job description

Business Analyst needs 5 years' experience

Must Have:

• Enterprise project and construction management software: Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, or similar enterprise project and construction management software platforms.
• Enterprise application configuration and testing: Experience with application configuration, implementation, and support, including software testing, test planning, test execution, defect management, and test automation using Worksoft or comparable tools.
• Agile delivery and development tools: Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Relevant technical experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology, Business Systems Analysis, Application Support, or a related technical discipline.
• Business requirements and functional documentation: Experience gathering business requirements and developing functional and system documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, use cases, and business process documentation.
• Knowledge of on-premise, cloud-hosted, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environme
• Experience with Pandell Land Property Management.
• Experience with Hitachi Energy eSOMS.
• Experience supporting field devices and related software solutions.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience developing business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
