OVERVIEW

• As a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will analyze organizational needs and design technology-integrated processes and systems.
• Your main responsibilities include assessing current business operations, identifying customer requirements, and defining future-state solutions that align with organizational goals.
• You will research, gather, and synthesize information to optimize business models for efficiency and effectiveness.
• This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and supporting agile development projects on the ServiceNow platform.
• The role requires expertise in requirements gathering, functional testing, and adapting to project demands, with a focus on agile development and process optimization.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
• 5+ years of experience supporting requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow
• ServiceNow PSDS or CSM experience.

RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required
