Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead client engagements and design robust ServiceNow solutions.

You will map current processes, collect requirements, and translate them into detailed user stories,流程 flows and specifications. You will drive workshops, stakeholder interviews and prototyping while ensuring alignment with ITIL/ITSM best practices and strong data analytics across Performance Analytics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation.
• Extensive ServiceNow expertise across ITSM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, CSM.
• Requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, workshops, prototyping and document analysis.
• As-Is / To-Be process mapping, process re-engineering and gap analysis.
• Documentation of requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, RTM and wireframes.
• Experience with Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Agile methodology and user-story development.
• ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM best practices.
• ServiceNow reporting & analytics: Performance Analytics, Reports & Dashboards.
• Client-facing consulting/advisory experience.
• ServiceNow CAD or strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Data analytics & reporting tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to map current processes and design ServiceNow workflows.
• Translate business needs into ServiceNow requirements, user stories and specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements and document outcomes.
• Develop As-Is/To-Be process maps and gap analyses.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
