Job summary

IO Datasphere, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365 and VoIP.

The role covers data analysis, requirements writing, testing, and delivering solutions across multiple teams in a hybrid environment. The candidate will prepare procedures, provide user training, and contribute to RFPs and contract deliverables while ensuring deliverables meet specifications.

Interview Method 1st round webcam. 2nd round will be onsite

NOTE: Local candidates only. Relocation not allowed. Position is Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite. Remote days are expected to be in an adequate home office, following standard County work hours. We can accept H1b, H4, TN and other valid work visas for IT. However we cannot accept OPT or CPT visas at this time.

Our client I s looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.

Tasks

• Data analysis, design solutions and writing up technical requirements
• Testing and implementing technology solutions
• Conducting research
• Creating procedures to improve the existing systems
• Provide training and support to users
• Wrote request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
• Proven communication, analytical
• Problem-solving skills to help support the project
• Ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.

Skills Required

5+ years of experience in the following:

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex)
• Experience with Data analytics
• Experience testing and implementing technology solutions
• Telecommunications Expense Management
• Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals
