Endeavor Health is seeking a Business Analyst I for IT Asset Management to support day-to-day hardware asset lifecycle in the HAM module. Responsibilities include data accuracy, reconciliations, audits, and documentation, with collaboration across IT operations, procurement, and vendors.

You will assist with governance, discovery, and process improvements while ensuring compliance and efficient asset delivery from procurement to disposal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related field (or high school diploma plus 4 additional years of related experience)
• Experience with IT Asset Management and ServiceNow HAM preferred
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsabilités

• Maintain Asset & CMDB Data Accuracy and validate asset information
• Perform inventory reconciliation and physical audits
• Data quality cleanup and record maintenance in HAM
• Develop and document IT hardware standards with procurement team
• Process asset lifecycle transactions in ServiceNow HAM
• Generate standard reports and dashboards for asset visibility
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge articles
• Support governance and compliance activities
• Assist with discovery and integration updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve asset discrepancies
