The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and collaboration with IT operations, field services, and vendors to resolve asset discrepancies while maintaining high data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in IT Asset Management, Business Analysis or IT project management.
• Active ServiceNow HAM knowledge and familiarity with HAM/SAM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile asset data in CMDB and HAM modules.
• Perform regular physical inventories and audit asset records.
• Support development of IT hardware standards and procurement workflows.
• Process asset lifecycle transactions in ServiceNow HAM.
• Generate standard reports and dashboards for asset visibility.
• Document processes and maintain knowledge articles.
• Assist with governance, audits, and compliance activities.
