Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Business Analyst II specialized in IT Asset Management to lead the end-to-end hardware lifecycle using ServiceNow HAM. You will drive data-driven optimization, build CMDB-aligned processes, and partner with IT and finance to reduce costs while maintaining compliance.

The role involves developing hardware standards, dashboards, and reports for audits, with cross-team collaboration across multiple IT groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, STEM or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years in IT Asset Management, BA, PM with ServiceNow HAM experience.
• Certifications: HAM-CIS; ITIL 4 Foundation; other HAM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle within ServiceNow HAM.
• Analyze asset data to optimize cost, compliance, and risk.
• Configure HAM workflows, models, and integrations.
• Develop IT hardware standards and collaborate with purchasing.
• Draft business cases and standardize ITAM improvements.
• Create dashboards and reports for audits and operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional finance and procurement alignment.
• Lead asset audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure CMDB governance and regulatory compliance.
• Provide training to field services and inventory teams.
