NorthShore University HealthSystem is seeking a Business Analyst II focused on IT Asset Management. The role oversees the full hardware asset lifecycle using ServiceNow HAM, ensuring policy compliance and efficient asset utilization.

You will lead smaller projects, collaborate with IT teams and vendors, and drive improvements to asset processes and CMDB governance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, STEM or related field (or high school diploma plus 6+ years of related experience).
• Certifications in HAM and IT Asset Management preferred or to be obtained within specified timeframe.
• 2–5 years of IT Asset Management/Business Analysis experience with ServiceNow HAM.
• Experience with IT asset management best practices and ITIL foundations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage End-to-End Hardware Asset Lifecycle within ServiceNow HAM.
• Analyze asset data trends to identify gaps and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow HAM workflows and models.
• Develop IT hardware standards with procurement collaboration.
• Draft business cases and standardization proposals for ITAM improvements.
• Create dashboards and reports for operations, projects, and audits.
• Coordinate with Finance and IT for budget-aligned asset activities.
• Lead asset audits and reconcile discrepancies; document corrective actions.
• Ensure CMDB governance and regulatory/compliance alignment.
• Provide training and guidance to field services and inventory teams.
