Endeavor Health is seeking a Business Analyst III - IT Asset Management to lead inventory tracking and lifecycle management of IT hardware assets using ServiceNow HAM. Hybrid dress code and locations in Warrenville or Skokie, IL.

Strong governance, analytics, and collaboration with IT teams are essential. The role requires 6+ years in IT asset management, business analysis, and IT project management, with certifications and tools in HAM/SAM.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in IT Asset Management, Business Analysis, IT Project Management.

Responsabilités

• Define ITAM vision, priorities, KPIs, and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise and financial objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of platform configuration, lifecycle workflows, normalization standards, and integrations in ServiceNow.
• Drive initiatives to improve asset utilization, refresh strategy, cost modeling, and lifecycle efficiency.
• Lead development of equipment standards and multi-year lifecycle roadmaps with desktop engineering teams.
• Establish and continuously improve ITAM policies, standards, and governance models.
• Lead enterprise-level audits, compliance reviews, and remediation planning for high-risk discrepancies.
• Develop predictive analytics, cost projections, and executive dashboards for decision-making.
• Mentor ITAM analysts and elevate organizational maturity.
