Endeavor Health is seeking a Business Analyst I - IT Asset Management in Warrenville, IL or Skokie, IL. Hybrid role with full-time hours, supporting HAM processes and asset lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will maintain CMDB accuracy, conduct inventories, develop IT hardware standards, and collaborate with IT operations, procurement, and vendors while ensuring governance and compliance across the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related field (or high school diploma + 4 years related experience).
• Certification: ServiceNow HAM Fundamentals (active or within 90 days).
• Experience: 1–3 years in IT Asset Management, Business Analysis, IT Project Management, familiar with ServiceNow HAM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Asset & CMDB Data Accuracy in the CMDB.
• Inventory Reconciliation & Physical Audits against ServiceNow and financial records.
• Data Quality & Cleanup in the HAM module.
• Develop IT Hardware Standards with purchasing team.
• Execute Hardware Asset Lifecycle Transactions in ServiceNow HAM.
• Routine Reporting & Dashboard Support for asset visibility and lifecycle tracking.
• Process Documentation & Knowledge support.
• Support Governance & Compliance activities.
• Assist with Discovery & Integration Updates.
• Collaborate with IT operations, field services, and vendors.
