Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an IT Asset Management Business Analyst III to lead inventory tracking and the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets, from procurement to disposal, leveraging ServiceNow HAM for compliance and governance.

You will drive enterprise ITAM strategy, asset lifecycle optimization, and executive reporting, collaborating with IT, finance, security, and compliance to reduce costs and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years in IT Asset Management, Business Analysis, IT Project Management
• Deep expertise in IT hardware lifecycles, regulatory standards
• Preferred: 8+ years with ServiceNow HAM/SAM

Responsibilities

• Define ITAM vision, priorities, KPIs, and multi-year roadmap.
• Provide strategic oversight of HAM governance, architecture, and integrations.
• Drive asset utilization, refresh strategy, cost modeling, and lifecycle efficiency.
• Lead development of equipment standards and multi-year lifecycle roadmaps.
• Establish and improve ITAM policies, governance models, and compliance.
