Endeavor Health is seeking a Business Analyst III - IT Asset Management to lead IT asset lifecycle stewardship, from procurement to disposal. You will leverage ServiceNow HAM for governance, drive standards, and enable cost-effective asset utilization across the enterprise.

The role collaborates with IT and business stakeholders, guiding audits, policy development, and predictive analytics while ensuring compliance with industry standards and enterprise governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, STEM or related field (or 5 extra years of related experience).
• Certifications in ITAM/asset management and ITIL foundations are preferred and beneficial.
• 6+ years in IT Asset Management, Business Analysis or IT Project Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM, SAM and IT hardware lifecycles.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define ITAM vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of ServiceNow HAM governance and architecture.
• Drive asset utilization improvements, cost modeling and lifecycle efficiency.
• Develop equipment standards and multi-year lifecycle roadmaps with IT teams.
• Establish and improve ITAM policies, standards, and governance models.
• Lead enterprise audits, risk mitigation, and remediation planning.
• Develop predictive analytics, cost projections, and executive dashboards.
• Mentor ITAM analysts and elevate organizational capability.
