Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a IT Asset Management Business Analyst I to support the lifecycle of IT hardware assets within the ServiceNow HAM module. You will ensure asset data quality, perform audits, and assist with standardization of hardware across the organization.

Hybrid, full-time role in Warrenville/Skokie, IL with a focus on data integrity, governance, and cross-team collaboration to optimize procurement and asset tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related field (or HS diploma plus 4 years of related experience).
• Active ServiceNow HAM Fundamentals or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred.
• 3+ years IT Asset Management or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Asset & CMDB Data Accuracy in the CMDB and HAM module.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and physical audits.
• Data quality and cleanup of records for HAM.
• Support development of IT hardware standards and procurement/logistics processes.
• Process asset receiving, tagging, stockroom updates, transfers, deployments, and dispositions in ServiceNow HAM.
• Generate standard reports and dashboards for asset visibility and lifecycle tracking.
• Document processes and maintain knowledge articles and job aids.
• Assist with governance, audits, and compliance checks.
• Support hardware discovery and integration updates.
• Collaborate with IT operations, field services, and vendors to resolve asset discrepancies.
