Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Business Analyst II – IT Asset Management to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets using ServiceNow HAM. You will lead asset data analysis, drive optimization initiatives, and collaborate across IT and procurement to improve cost efficiency.

The role requires 2–5 years in IT Asset Management with ServiceNow HAM experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related field (or high school diploma plus 6 additional years of related experience)
• 2-5 years of IT Asset Management experience
• Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent knowledge
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee End-to-End Hardware Asset Lifecycle in ServiceNow HAM.
• Analyze trends, identify compliance gaps, and optimize costs.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow HAM workflows and asset models.
• Develop IT hardware standards and collaborate with procurement.
• Draft business cases and standardize ITAM processes.
• Create dashboards and reports for executive and audit needs.
• Coordinate with finance and IT to align assets with budgets and contracts.
• Lead asset audits and reconciliation to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain CMDB governance and regulatory compliance.
