Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an IT Asset Management Business Analyst II to manage the hardware lifecycle using ServiceNow HAM. You will lead asset data analysis, optimize costs, and partner with IT, finance, and procurement to align with budgets.

You will collaborate on configuring HAM, developing IT hardware standards, and delivering dashboards for audits and leadership reviews. This hybrid role spans multiple IT teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related field (or 6+ years related experience)
• Master's degree preferred in IT, Business, STEM, or related field
• Certifications: ServiceNow HAM Fundamentals (within 90 days)
• Certifications: HAM-CIS (within 6 months)
• Experience: 2–5 years in IT Asset Management, BA, IT PM, with ServiceNow HAM
• Preferred: 5+ years in IT Asset Management with deep ServiceNow familiarity
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Hardware Asset Lifecycle in ServiceNow HAM
• Asset Data Analysis & Optimization to reduce costs
• ServiceNow HAM Configuration & Enhancement (models, workflows, states)
• Develop IT Hardware Standards with purchasing to streamline procurement
• Draft SBARs and standardization proposals for ITAM improvements
• Create dashboards and executive reports for audits and operations
• Coordinate with finance to align asset lifecycles with budgets and contracts
• Lead asset audits and resolve discrepancies with corrective actions
• Ensure CMDB governance and IT regulatory compliance
• Provide training and guidance to field services and inventory teams
