Job summary

Interface Systems LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor and respond to security events from our state-of-the-art operations center. You will manage real-time alarm verification, video monitoring, and live audio communication with monitored sites, escalating or resolving incidents with authority and precision.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security inquiries.
• Verify alarms and respond to incidents; notify emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the automation system and generate reports.
• Provide life safety support with timely dispatch to emergencies.
• Manage live audio interactions and de-escalation during incidents.
• Document interactions and ensure proper follow-up.
