Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to oversee real-time security events from our security operations center. You will perform remote checks, guide incidents with two-way audio/video, and coordinate with customers and emergency services to resolve threats.

The role emphasizes strong communication, calmness under pressure, and experience in security or dispatch. This on-site position offers a daytime and night shift structure with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing or on instruction.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system-related inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; place verification calls as needed.
• Provide life safety support and timely dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and interdict in real-time incidents.
• Document all interactions and generate detailed reports on responses.
