Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with live audio interactions, alarm verification, and rapid decision-making at monitored sites. You will de-escalate threats, coordinate with emergency services, and generate incident reports in a fast-paced SOC environment.

Starting pay rate is $22.00 per hour with tiered shift differentials; on-site in the office, with full benefits from day one and performance/attendance bonuses after probation.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs and provide timely responses.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm signals and verify their validity.
• Communicate with customers and emergency personnel during incidents.
• Engage in live audio/video interactions with monitored sites to de‑escalate when needed.
• Document all interactions and maintain records in the system of record.
• Assist in dispatching emergency services when required.
• Provide basic alarm system operations such as arming/disarming.
