Job summary

Interface Systems is hiring an iSOC Level 3 Coordinator to manage live security events, communicate with monitored sites, and coordinate with emergency services. The role focuses on rapid decision-making, incident response, and accurate reporting from a state‑of‑the‑art monitoring center.

You will handle remote checks, telephony, and video verification while maintaining professional client interactions. Starting pay is $22/hour with shift differentials and full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/ virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two‑way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action based on severity or instruction, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or escalate security inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; place calls to verify validity.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify individuals per customer instructions about alarms/events.
• Provide life safety support with clear dispatch to emergency personnel.
