Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events with live audio communication to monitored sites. You will verify alarms, monitor video, and direct rapid actions across a 24/7 operations center in a fast-paced environment.

You will escalate, de-escalate, and coordinate with customers and emergency services while documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records. Training is provided, with a competitive starting wage and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs and respond promptly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours, observing areas for vulnerabilities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing or on request.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video surveillance tech.
• Take action based on severity, including contacting customers or emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve or support security inquiries.
• Maintain records in the system of record.
• Monitor and verify alarm signals, verify validity.
• Perform video verification of alarms.
• Notify designated individuals of alarms per instructions.
• Provide life safety dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Provide basic alarm arming/disarming assistance.
• Manage live audio interactions with monitored sites.
• Use two-way audio to intervene during incidents and de-escalate.
• Handle loitering, trespassing, or other violations with quick decision making.
• Document interactions and follow up to resolve incidents.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
