PNC is seeking an Operations Advisor Senior within the Midland organization based in the Midland footprint. You will lead Investor Reporting activities, ensuring accurate reporting and remittance of funds, overseeing complex transactions, and driving strategic initiatives to strengthen controls and operational performance.

The role requires six years of loan servicing experience, strong data analysis, and leadership to mentor teammates while collaborating with business partners.

Qualificações

• Minimum of six years of loan servicing experience, preferably within investor reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement processes.
• Excellent time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and controls.
• Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
• Sound decision-making to assess risk and drive timely resolution.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with partners and stakeholders.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret complex data and trends.
• Leadership as a trusted advisor on complex reporting and reconciliation matters.
